[PATCH v6 0/3] gdb/dwarf: resolve class name via DW_AT_signature in cooked index

This is the series as I intend to push it later today.

I tacked an additional patch on top to add a parent_is_deferred helper
method, mirroring name_is_deferred added by patch 2.  It is borderline
obvious, but I would still appreciate a quick check to make sure I did
not mess something up.
