[PATCH 06/11] Remove unused deprecated_context_hook

Nobody actually uses this hook anymore. So simply remove it.

	* defs.h (deprecated_context_hook): Remove.
	* top.c (deprecated_context_hook): Remove.
	* interps.c (clear_interpreter_hooks): Adjust.
	* infrun.c (handle_signal_stop): Adjust.
