Hi Ulrich,

Did you forget the "gdbtypes.h" hunk? HEAD seems to be broken due to the 
missing DW_CC_GDB_IBM_OpenCL #define.

../../HEAD-sandbox/gdb/dwarf2read.c: In function ‘read_subroutine_type’:
../../HEAD-sandbox/gdb/dwarf2read.c:7961: error: ‘DW_CC_GDB_IBM_OpenCL’ 
undeclared (first use in this function)
