No. DW_CC_GDB_IBM_OpenCL is in include/dwarf2.h, by Ulrich's 2nd
version of this patch.
include/ChangeLog:
* dwarf2.h (enum dwarf_calling_convention): Add DW_CC_GDB_IBM_OpenCL.
