Hi, 

The last time I checked multi-threading support in remote.c was
broken - I do not remember exact details by now. 

I tried to make a complete implementation of both sides -

- hope, it will be useful.

I also have an extended gdbserver which supports native targets
on Linux and FreeBsd -
