I've merged the DejaGNU KFAIL code into the repository.  Let's wait a 
little bit for the GCC folks to say everything is OK (they should not be 
affected, but waiting a couple of days won't hurt).

Ya!!!!

I think, on the GDB front, the first thing to do is pull any existing 
prms_id or ..._id lines as none of them apply to the current database.

The other thing to consider is pulling all the existing xfails ....
