The machine currently hosting the patch tracker is going away shortly.
I'm going to move it to a new host, but there may be some down time.

But - will anyone miss it?  It doesn't seem to have helped much.

I cannot speak for the others, but as a datapoint, I personnally
had all my patches reviewed in a very timely fashion without the
help of the patch tracker (keep forgetting to use it). So I won't
miss it.
