I have updated the version of libintl in my local src/ tree -- now
based on gettext 0.10.35. Does anyone have any objections to this
update? I've looked through the diffs and the changes appear
harmless.

Just FYI, GDB currently only has an indirect interest in this. BFD
probably has a more direct interest (NickC?).
