[PATCH 7/7] MIPS: Reorder a reference to "BGTZ, BGTZL" in `mips32_next_pc'

Move a reference to "BGTZ, BGTZL" in `mips32_next_pc' to the leading 
case label as with the other instructions called out in the function.
