Here is the updated patch.
- Use Ctrl-C, BREAK and BREAK-g
- Use tab only in gdb/ChangeLog.
- Add 2 spaces after period.
- cmd_name is initialized on each lookup_cmd().
- add_setshow_boolean_cmd ("remotebreak", ...) has no change except for
calling set_remotebreak and show_remotebreak
- Tested. No regression.
