[RFA] Add myself as responsible of contrib/ari directory

  I recently added the Awk Regression Index
web page generation to CVS tree in
contrib/ari directory.

  This patch lists myself as maintainer.

  Is this OK like this...
I had no idea where else than in the misc section of "Responsible
Maintainers"
I could have put it, but I am open to suggestions.

I think that this is a good location for putting that piece of
information in. Note that, by adding yourself, you are adding yourself
as a Maintainer, which means that you agree to the responsbility of
maintaining this area of the code, including reviews and self-approvals.
You've been the de facto maintainer when the scripts were on the
server side rather than in the GDB sources, so I assume the rest
of the Global Maintainers group would agree to this. Let's give it
a week, to give people time to object.
