I have no objection.  I think the patch is progress.

There are two pieces of feedback: s/think/thing/ you found, and Eli
requested a slightly expanded explanation in the internals
documentation.  Do you feel up to the latter?

I apologize for being such a bum about this, but I haven't got the
time to spare right now; I'm under deadline pressure at work.
