[RFA/testsuite/ada] New testcase for "start" command w/ Ada programs

Hello,

Andrew suggested (privately) that a "start" testcase would be nice.
So here it is.

2005-02-09  Joel Brobecker  <brobecker@adacore.com>

        * gdb.ada/start/dummy.adb: New file.
        * gdb.ada/start.exp: New testcase.

Tested on x86-linux. The test currently fails, because I have a patch
almost approved but not quite, see

It should pass as soon as the patch mentioned above is approved.

Thanks, yes!  Is a non-ada specific equivalent also possible (if it is 
already approved)?

Yes, that's pretty easy to do. I'll come up with something and check
it in (I understand that it's pre-approved, correct me if I'm wrong).
