config/xm-aix4.h contains the following definitions:
| /* At least as of AIX 3.2, we have termios. */
| #define HAVE_TERMIOS 1
| /* #define HAVE_TERMIO 1 */
I think we should be able to delete this one. It's already handled
by the configury. I checked in config.h, it's defined.
I'll give it a try when I have moment.
