* ui-file.c (struct tee_file, tee_file_new, tee_file_delete)
(tee_file_flush, tee_file_write, tee_file_fputs)
(tee_file_isatty): New.
* ui-file.h (tee_file_new): Add prototype.
I'll repost the rest after we decide on what the commands should be
called, and I touch up the documentation.
