Problem solved!!!!!!
?? I installed packages following packages using apt-get
? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?? libglib2.0-dev for glib 
??????????????????????????????????? libgtk2.0-dev? for gtk+ 
???????????????????????????????????? libpopt-dev?? for libpopt

? LTTv installed properly.

Are you sure you installed the "-dev" version of the package?

Please provide the output of
$ dpkg-query -l libglib2.0-dev
and
$ pkg-config --modversion glib-2.0
