Hi !

I just moved all the test programs into the tests/ subdir of the
userspace RCU library. I also cleaned up the makefiles to remove a lot
of duplication.

I notice that the refactored build uses -fPIC all the time, even on
powerpc 32-bits where it was previously not used. I don't think it will
have an important impact, but it's better to test it, if you happen to
have time to try building it.
