Hi,

I hereby announce the second release candidate of the LTTng user-space
tracer 2.8. The main changes are the renaming of statedump event and
field names related to dynamic loader instrumentation, and the
addition of a is_pic field to statedump dynamic loader events.
If your trace analysis depends on those event names and field names,
please update them accordingly.

We have also extended the man pages, and there is now a dependency on
AsciiDoc to build the documentation. The rest is pretty much just
bugfixes.

LTTng-UST, the Linux Trace Toolkit Next Generation Userspace Tracer,
is a low-overhead application tracer. The library "liblttng-ust" enables
tracing of applications and libraries.
