Linking of gdb fails with:
/usr/bin/ld:
Unresolved:
elfcore_write_prstatus
elfcore_write_prfpreg
elfcore_write_prpsinfo
Is this a known problem?

We really need to turn these into entries in the jump table, to
eliminate this mess...
