Hi,
I was just wondering how many gdb people will be attending the GCC
developers conference? I'm certainly looking forward to Daniel's talk
- should be really interesting,
best wishes,
Gaius

I really hope we can have such a session and I would sincerely request the GDB community to put together at-least a small workshop in this regard. Which reminds me the question I want to ask (annually) whenever this comes up: where is ``there''? how does one know when and where will such conferences take place, so one could plan in advance? Or do you-all assume that everyone who counts live within a shouting distance from the conference hall, and in any case in the -0700 timezone? ^ permalink raw reply [flat|nested] 9+ messages in thread

It's a recurring event, in Ottawa (and I can't shout that far :-): http://www.gccsummit.org/ It's nominally a GCC conference, as you can guess from the name, which is why it was never really announced on these lists. There's usually a few talks about other GNU tools packages, though, and a couple of GDB developers wandering around. -- Daniel Jacobowitz CodeSourcery ^ permalink raw reply [flat|nested] 9+ messages in thread

If that's the case, I don't count: it's in Ottawa, Canada. :) I think it's gradually turning into a GDB conference, too. We just need to publish more papers. ^ permalink raw reply [flat|nested] 9+ messages in thread

Hi, I believe there is still time (although it might be tight) to book everything - from what I recall the cut off date is the 1st July (or at least that is when printing, ordering etc occurs). https://www.gccsummit.org/2007/login.php once registered, you get a reminder in future years, regards, Gaius ^ permalink raw reply [flat|nested] 9+ messages in thread
