Sourceware Bugzilla misbehaving?

The Sourceware Bugzilla appears to be displaying a slightly older
version of the data than is active.

For example https://sourceware.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=21675
shows me (in two browsers) that Comment 7 is last and that the bug is
Assigned, but yesterday I received emails from bugzilla saying it had
been resolved with a couple additional comments.

The gdb-prs mailing list received the messages too:

Hi Jonah,

Sourceware has undergone some maintenance and some faults were
uncovered during that time. I'd hold fire for awhile and see if they
cannot restore the newer state.

Thanks for letting me know. I can see there are ongoing discussions on
that list on how to recover the missing updates to bugzilla.
