Various gdb-4.17.87 testresults
Didn't build on m88k-dg-dgux5.4R3.00 - gdb/remote.c is declaring an ishex
function/macro
and <ctype.h> has it as equivalent to isxdigit giving conflicts - not really
worth fixing unless it
hits another platform.
On HP-UX 9.04 it builds with both gcc-2.7.2 and HP's unbundled ANSI C compiler,
but seems to be unable to break in the child process.
