Problems building gdb (gdb.texinfo error)?

Is anyone else having trouble building gdb?  I am surprised I haven't seen
any complaints from the auto-builders.

Maybe 'makeinfo' is not installed on the autobuilders.  I think make
will automatically skip building the documentation if it cannot find
makeinfo.  I am doing a plain make on my system.
