GDB 5.1 on Tru64 UNIX 4.0D, 5.0, 5.1

GDB 5.1 builds fine on Tru64 UNIX 4.0D, 5.0A, and 5.1. However, when
trying to run it:

$ gdb a.out
GNU gdb 5.1
