Chris Faylor kindly created a new gdb PR category, gdb-MI.
I moved the gdb PRs related to mi to this new category.
In the process I screwed up PR 701, and I recreated it as 720.

"-" is the only character that is not acceptable by Dejagnu in PRMS
names as it makes the parsing of argument lists difficult.
Can you change it to gdbMI ?
