The version of the TODO file in CVS says:
The z8k has suffered bit rot and is known to not build. The problem
was occuring in the opcodes directory.

The m88k has suffered bit rot and is known to not build.

I don't know about the z8k, but I fixed the m88k build problems
earlier this year. I should have removed the m88k TODO item...
