Yes. We filed it when we put our binutils patch in a while back. All I
need to do from our lawyers point of view is say, "I'm submitting this patch
on behalf of QNX Software Systems Ltd.".
BTW, wrt that last patch, I accidently included your patch for the solib
reload that you had put in the other day. I hadn't updated my sources yet.
