* gdbreplay.c: Added #include <sys/types.h>.
(remote_open): Change type of 'tmp' from int to socklen_t.
* remote-utils.c: Added #include <sys/types.h>.
(remote_open): Change type of 'tmp' from int to socklen_t.
* server.c: Change type of 'sig' from unsigned char to char.
