GDB 9.2 release -- 2020-04-29 update

Hi everyone,

Not much traffic on the 9.2 front since my last update (Apr 9th).

Right now, we only have 2 fixes in GDB 9.2:

  * Fix resizing of GDB TUI windows via 'winheight'.
  * Fix printf of a convenience variable holding an inferior address

Searching for bugs marked for 9.2 in bugzilla
(https://sourceware.org/bugzilla/buglist.cgi?bug_status=UNCONFIRMED&bug_status=NEW&bug_status=ASSIGNED&bug_status=SUSPENDED&bug_status=WAITING&bug_status=REOPENED&list_id=52943&product=gdb&query_format=advanced&target_milestone=9.2)
yields an empty list.

Are there issues that you know of that you think should be
included in 9.2?

Given the nature of the current fixes, I might be tempted to wait
a little bit before releasing 9.2, in case we discover some issues
a bit later. On the other hand, we could simply get it out, so
we can focus on GDB 10 instead. Normally, we would want to start
on GDB 10 pretty soon. Looking at its NEWS file, there are a number
of interesting features that would deserve to be released soon...

Thoughts?

Debian's gdb 9.1-3 package included this patch:
https://salsa.debian.org/gdb-team/gdb/-/commit/fc7eb52632799c023c7bfe87ed582a32049690d9

I think it may be good to merge that to the branch too.

Thanks for the suggestion. That looks like a good candidate indeed.
The only thing that we're missing is creating a PR entry for this issue,
so we can point to it at release time. Would you be able to do that?
