As far as I know, there was a question mark for one possible performance
regression, but it seems to be fairly specific and Doug indicated that
we can go ahead and release regardless.

So I propose a release on Thurday night / Friday morning. Please let me
know if there are any objections...

I found a bug maybe can crash GDB.  Suggest it can commit to 7.6 before release.
