Hi,
I haven't heard any major complaints about my s/390 patch so I'll commit
them with minor bugfixes in the next few days.

Just FYI, I wouldn't assume that a patch of this size is ok simply
because no one has commented.  Rather (as as happened) I've put it into
my queue.  In the mean time I've been killing of the easy bits of 5.1.

Once I've got the CRIS target integrated, I'll look at yours.

I've been making various changes (bugfixes, enhancements) to the port
since I originally submitted it.  Should I resumbit all of it before
it's integrated, or wait until it's integrated and then send separate
patches for each of the changes I've made?  Whatever option fits your
plan better is absolutely fine with me.
