I've said earlier regarding sharing the .clang-format with binutils: I
personally care very little about the actual formatting, I care that
it can be automated.  So if the gcc folks feel strongly about some
aspect of the formatting, there is a 99.99% chance that I will be
perfectly fine with that choice.
