I've just updated cpu/frv.cpu (see patch to binutils@). Although that
patch produced no functional changes in sim/frv, regenerating sim/frv
did change a lot of copyright dates. I've installed the attached
patch as obvious.

Yes, I thought so too. Don't blame me though ;) This is all
automatically- generated from cgen. I'm just making sure that
the files in CVS are the files you get if you build with
--enable-cgen-maint.

I have no objection to changing this, except to note that the extra
verbosity comes from a rule that predates modern software distribution
models (where releases are immediate and continuous), and is also not
deemed necessary by many other organizations. I would not voluntarily
go along with this rule, but wouldn't stop others for whom rule
following is next to godliness.
