Delete gdb-mi.el

This is a file that I added to the mi directory of the GDB repository to allow
Emacs users to experiment with GDB/MI on the back of gdb-ui.el, the mode in
Emacs that uses annotations.  CVS Emacs now uses GDB/MI directly so this file
is no longer relevant and I would to remove it.

I think we should also remove it from the 7.0 branch.

Whatever is good for you is good for me, but I would have thought
that you would have prefered to wait until the next emacs release...
Unless the "next emacs release" already happened?  In any case,
I think it's fair to let you do what you think is best; I think
you're the only one really maintaining that file.

Ok, I've just removed it from the trunk.  I don't think anybody is interested
in this file but it can't do any harm in 7.0.

People who use CVS Emacs do not necessarily use CVS GDB, and vice
versa.

The file in the GDB repository had the same name as the one in the Emacs
repository.  It was only a proof of concept and there was never any interest
expressed in it.  I wanted to remove it now to avoid confusion in the future.
Anyone wishing to just debug with GDB in Emacs would do best to use the mode
that comes with his/her version of Emacs.
