[RFA/doco] GDB Manual edition number and ISBN updates

This is in preparation for a re-print by the FSF of the GDB manual.

The FSF was going to print the gdb-7.3 manual, but failed to tell
us that they wanted us to change the ISBN before they did so. While
discussing with them, I also found that we needed to change the
edition number as well.

So, the plan, now, is to make a 7.3.1 release ASAP, particularly
since we now have the fix for the NetBSD build failure....

gdb/doc/ChangeLog:

        * gdb.texinfo: Set EDITION to "Tenth" and change ISBN.

OK for HEAD + branch?

Yes, of course.  I trust that you verified the ISBN.

Thanks! I verified the ISBN to the point where I am quite certain
that it is identical to the one that was given to me by the FSF.
However, I don't know of any other way to verify the ISBN itself.
There's isbnsearch.org which seems to have found that ISBN, but
there's no information associated, so if there is another way,
please let me know.

I did send a copy of the resulting PDF to the FSF as well, and I am
waiting for their OK.

I got confirmation from the FSF a couple of days ago that the changes
were correct for them as well.  So the change has now been checked in
HEAD + branch.
