Reworked this patch based on changes I’ve mode to similar patches.

Built using --target=arm-none-eabi then tested using
--target_board=arm-sim 

Ok to commit?

	* remote-sim.c (gdbsim_fetch_register): Use byte_vector.
	(gdbsim_store_register): Likewise.
