Yeah, big time.
There are no FORTRAN programs in the test suite.
Before I add any FORTRAN programs, I am going to overhaul the code
that connects "language type" (such as c or f77) to "compiler name"
(such as gcc or g77).
I've started that twice now, but it's a big ball of hair.
