utils/misc/doschk/doschk.c is identical to doschk.c from the
doschk-1.1 package, which is available from:
ftp.gnu.org/pub/non-gnu/doschk/doschk-1.1.tar.gz
I just build the standalone package and use that. Works great for me.
So I don't see any reason to keep doschk in utils. Eli? Andrew?
