Yes, he submitted the doc as well and you've reviwed and approved it.
I just did not include it here because it needed to be updated to apply 
cleanly to the current source.  Geoger posted the adjusted patch (same 
contents) a couple of days ago.

When I check this in I will include the doc part, as well as update the 
dependencies in Makefile.in.
