Hi,
This patch adds the thread equivalent of selected_frame_level_changed
event. When the selected thread changes, this event should be posted.
Testcase to follow (it's in kseitz_interps-20020528-branch) as soon as my
other mi-support.exp changes are reviewed. Ditto the notifications.
