Hello,
this is v1 of the patch updating the 'ui_out_emit_type' ctor by defaulting
'id' to 'nullptr'. Update all occurrences where 'ui_out_emit_type' is
used with 'id = NULL|nullptr'.

FWIW, because branch descriptions are not committed, it's custumory to
