I did an interactive codespell session to fix typos in gdb/testsuite.
The first patch deals with a typo "deault" → "default", which is in
configure.ac, so configure needs regeneration.
The second patch contains all the other changes.
No changes in the pre-commit configuration, I'd rather wait for the "Make gdb dir
codespell-clean" series [1] to land first.
Tested on x86_64-linux.

I've reviewed this using Claude Code.
It had some "minor observations" about:
- variable name change in gdb.threads/fork-plus-threads.c,
- changing "crasher" to "crash" (asserting that "crasher"
is valid developer jargon)
but no real objections.
