Add gdb_compile_openmp to lib/gdb.exp

gdb/testsuite/ChangeLog:

	* lib/gdb.exp (gdb_compile_openmp): New proc.
	(build_executable_from_specs): Add an "openmp" option.
	(gdb_compile_pthreads): Add non-executable case.
