Hi,

Hopefully last iteration addressing all the comments made by Pedro and
John.

Changes from v2:

- Fixed stale comments on Makefile.in.

- s/NAT_EXTRA_FRAGS_FILE/nat_extra_makefile_frag/.

- Fixed typos on i386gnu-extra.mh.

- Move NAT_GENERATED_FILES to i386gnu-extra.mh.

- Fixed nits on comments on configure.{ac,nat}.

- Updated ChangeLog entries.
