Patch: Remove Thiemo Seufer from sim/MAINTAINERS

I think it's just better to keep that page for the living;
hommage is better paid elsewhere, the reason besides inertia I
could think of that entry still being there.  If anyone missed
it: <http://www.debian.org/News/2008/20081229>.  I plan to
commit this within a week, pending unexpected feedback.
