It is my pleasure to announce that Jan Kratochvil has accepted our
invitation to become a Global Maintainer.
Jan is well-known in the GDB community for his many contributions, too
numerous to list, in many parts of GDB. We agreed he would be a good
addition to the global maintainership team, so I am checking in the
appended.
