OK, whew. We're all on the same page then.
I think the next thing is for Tom to install his patch, which will
strictly improve the situation. The issue of making GDB_OSABI_CYGWIN
really mean Cygwin, as opposed to Windows, will be tricky - we've
agreed on exactly how to do it, someone just has to convert the image
search code to work with BFD somehow. Or fread from the binary if
that proves too frustrating :-)
