OK, whew. We're all on the same page then. I think the next thing is for Tom to install his patch, which will strictly improve the situation. The issue of making GDB_OSABI_CYGWIN really mean Cygwin, as opposed to Windows, will be tricky - we've agreed on exactly how to do it, someone just has to convert the image search code to work with BFD somehow.
