Hello,

I just did one last verification yesterday, and HEAD now builds and
works fine on x86_64 Windows (when built for MinGW).  The attached
patch adds an entry for this addition:

2009-01-15  Joel Brobecker  <brobecker@adacore.com>

        * NEWS: Document x86_64/MinGW as a new native configuration.
