First, a NEWS entry to document the fact that 2 commands have been
removed:

2008-11-16  Joel Brobecker  <brobecker@adacore.com>

        * NEWS: Document the removal of "catch load" and "catch unload".

And next, an update to the GDB manual, to remove the documentation
of these commands:

        * gdb.texinfo (Set Catchpoints): Remove the documentation of
        commands "catch load" and "catch unload".
